over 7 years. There are several support packages available which are very competitively

Small Organisations
Interaction Online has experience in setting up and supporting a number of computers
linked together in a small business network. Interaction Online provides backup
solutions, document/file security , remote access, email accounts, antivirus and
antispam, indeed, we can provide the whole package.
If you already have PC's and a network, we can provide support for you. Some organisations
have volunteers or staff with some knowlege who can keep things going, but are not
always immediately available. Interaction Online can provide phone and remote support
when you need the problem resolved.
Individuals
We can set-up support packages for individuals, giving you peace of mind and great
advice to keep your files safe. We do also provide on off support, proving very
popular with most individuals you only pay for the support when you need it!
One Off Support
If you need help, we don't want you to be scared by talk of long term packages and
higher costs. We can support you, just give us a call.
