How it works

The process is simple, and you can be up and running in no time at all.

  1. Registration and Purchase

    Register an account on the website, and purchase either a rolling monthly plan (min 12 months) or yearly membership.

  2. Customisation

    Complete a short form detailing your requirements.

  3. Installation

    We will contact you to arrange the installation, it will only take a minute or so.

  4. Start Surfing

    Now you are ready to start use the internet with the safeguards in place.

  5. Handling Alerts

    If the software incorrectly blocks a site, just request an override and it will be enabled as soon as possible. If it is a 'valid' block, we would be unable to remove the restriction

    There is an option to obtain an immediate override should there be an urgent need to view an incorrectly blocked website. We will retrospectively check these requests and reclassify the page if appropriate. If a valid block has been overriden using this facility, it will be removed for your own protection.
